At StrikeGoal, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to request a return and refund.

1. Right of withdrawal – 14 days
In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in a condition that allows for its resale:
• own,
• not used,
• complete (accessories included),
• in its original packaging if possible.
Incomplete, damaged or visibly used returned items will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-refundable products
All our products (football target mats for children and adults) are eligible for return.
No product is excluded, except in cases of obvious use or deterioration.

4. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product upon receipt.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Without proof of postage, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed.

5. Reimbursement
After receiving and inspecting the product:
• If the return is approved, a refund will be issued within 7 to 14 days via the original payment method.
• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
You will be notified by email of the approval or refusal of the refund.

6. Defective product or order error
If you receive an item:
• defective,
• damaged,
• incomplete,
• or not corresponding to your order,
We cover 100% of the costs, including return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges
We do not engage in direct exchanges.
However, you can return an item in accordance with the above conditions and then place a new order from our store.

8. Returns lost or damaged during transport
StrikeGoal is not responsible for returns lost without proof of posting or damaged during transport.
Always keep your tracking number.
