🚚 Delivery

Preparation times

All orders are prepared within 24 to 72 working hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery times

The average delays observed are as follows:
• Metropolitan France: 3 to 10 business days
• Belgium, Switzerland, Europe: 5 to 12 business days
• French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM): 7 to 18 business days

These delivery times are provided for guidance purposes only and may vary depending on the period (holidays, promotions, high traffic, carriers).

Package tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours after shipment.

Delivery delay

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, you can contact support at:

We will open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect address

In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, StrikeGoal cannot be held responsible for the delay or non-delivery.


🔄 Returns

Right of withdrawal – 14 days

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions of acceptance

To be eligible, the product must be:
• not used,
• own,
• complete,
• in its original packaging if possible.

Any product that is soiled, used, damaged or incomplete cannot be refunded.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product).

We recommend shipping with a tracking number.
Without proof of shipment, the return cannot be processed.


💸 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return:
• The refund is processed within 7 to 14 days.
• via the original payment method,
• Initial shipping costs are not refundable (except in the case of an error on our part).

The customer will be informed by email of the approval or refusal of the refund.


⚠️ Defective product or order error

If you receive a product:
• defective,
• damaged,
• not as ordered

StrikeGoal covers 100% of the costs, including return shipping.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos:

❌ Non-refundable items

All products sold by StrikeGoal (football target mats) are eligible for return, provided they meet the criteria mentioned above.
