These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the StrikeGoal website. By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions without reservation.


1. Company Identity

2. Products

StrikeGoal markets a football target mat for children and adults, intended for indoor and outdoor use.

Each product is described by a sheet including photos, dimensions and characteristics.
Images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly (colours, details).


3. Price

The prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
StrikeGoal reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the price in effect at the time of the order.

Delivery costs are shown to the customer before order confirmation.


4. Order

The customer can place an order on www.strikegoal.com 24/7.

To validate the order, the customer must:
• provide accurate information (name, address, email, etc.)
• accept these Terms and Conditions
• Pay the total amount of the order

StrikeGoal reserves the right to refuse any order that is suspicious, fraudulent, or in the event of a dispute with the customer.


5. Payment

Payment is made via the secure methods available on the website:
• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• PayPal
• (Add any other means if necessary)

The order is only considered valid after payment confirmation.


6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Deadlines

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier (3 to 10 working days on average).

These timeframes are given for guidance purposes only and do not constitute a firm commitment.

6.2 Monitoring

A tracking number is provided when available.

6.3 Delay or loss

StrikeGoal will open an investigation with the carrier.


7. Order Receipt

The customer must check the condition of the package and the product upon receipt.

In the event of:
• damaged package,
• defective product,
• product error,

The customer must contact customer service within 48 hours with photos:

8. Right of withdrawal – 14 days

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To make a return:
• The product must be unused, clean, complete and in its original packaging if possible.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective products.

Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 days after receipt and inspection of the product.


9. Defective Products

In case of a defective product or preparation error:
• StrikeGoal covers 100% of the costs,
• A replacement or a full refund is offered.

Proof (photo/video) may be requested.


10. Return – Terms and Conditions

Returns must be sent to the address provided by customer service.

StrikeGoal recommends using a carrier with tracking.
Returns that are lost without proof of posting cannot be processed.


11. Warranty

The product benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).


12. Responsibility

StrikeGoal is not responsible:
• damage related to misuse of the product,
• normal wear and tear due to use,
• delivery delays caused by external events (strikes, weather, customs, etc.).


13. Data Protection

The information collected is necessary for order processing.

In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data via:

14. Intellectual Property

The site's content (texts, photos, logo, videos) is the exclusive property of StrikeGoal.
Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.


15. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent jurisdiction will be determined according to the rules of French law.
